01 / Who this notice covers

This notice concerns pythagorean-tech.com, the informational corporate website presented by Pythagorean Technologies LLC. It does not describe all processing within Academra, Acceredra, or a customer's contracted environment. Those products and relationships require their own applicable documentation.

Before publication, the company must confirm its legal registration and jurisdiction, registered or legally required contact address, operating entity details, and verified privacy-contact channel. None has been invented for this draft.

02 / Information involved

Website requests: As with ordinary hosting, network requests can expose IP address, request path, time, browser or user-agent information and technical security metadata to the hosting infrastructure and its logs. The actual logging configuration and log-retention settings must be verified.

Business inquiries, only when enabled: Name, work email, optional organization, inquiry category, message, a consent indication and anti-abuse verification information. The form tells visitors not to include student records, financial credentials or confidential documents. The company does not intentionally request children's personal data through this corporate form.

Typography: The current pages request Google Fonts stylesheets, so a browser may contact Google's font services to load typefaces. The website release contains no advertising pixel, newsletter signup, or analytics tag. This statement is limited to the packaged website and should be rechecked if scripts change.

The corporate website is packaged for Google Cloud Run. Its optional inquiry flow uses Cloudflare Turnstile to evaluate automated submissions and Resend to transmit accepted inquiries to the company's verified recipient mailbox. Google Fonts may serve typography resources. Providers may process information subject to their own terms and infrastructure.

The website application has no inquiry database in this release. However, provider records, technical logs and the company's receiving mailbox can retain related information. A final notice must specify the actual receiving-mail system and review applicable provider terms, processing locations, and any transfers or contractual protections required by the launch jurisdiction.

05 / Retention and safeguards

The company plans to limit access and retain information only for appropriate purposes, but specific log, provider and mailbox retention schedules have not yet been approved. Operators must document actual settings and deletion/escalation procedures before the inquiry service is activated. The website itself does not implement a stored inquiry-history database.

No security control or communication method can be represented as providing absolute security. Please avoid sending sensitive education records, payment details, passwords, or confidential customer files through the corporate inquiry form.
